RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Every Boreal product is selected against clinical performance criteria. We stand behind what we ship.
If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a clear and structured return process — designed to keep things fair for both sides.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- Returned with all included accessories
- Free from signs of wear or damage
For hygiene-sensitive items (red light masks, sleep masks, compression boots, etc.), returns are accepted only if the original packaging is sealed and unopened.
PROCESS
1. Email returns@boreal-recovery.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and reprocessing costs.
Restocking fees do not apply to:
- Damaged or defective items
- Products shipped in error
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 14 days
- Supplements
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or doesn't function as described, contact support@boreal-recovery.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will resolve at no cost to you.
REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds process within 5–7 business days. Funds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
