SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Friday–Sunday begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING TIMES

Canada: 5–10 business days after processing
United States: 7–12 business days after processing
International: 10–21 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimates. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier conditions, customs (international), or seasonal volume.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

TRACKING

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping price.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact orders@boreal-recovery.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Boreal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
